For most of our DC fast chargers—including 30kW, 80kW, and 120kW models—the MOQ is just 1 unit. For compact AC chargers, the MOQ is 2–3 units. We offer flexible low-volume terms so distributors and first-time buyers can validate their local market before scaling up. Trial orders come with the exact same 2-year warranty, free OCPP platform access, and priority production scheduling as bulk orders.

Yes. We provide complete OEM/ODM services at no additional cost, including custom logos, black or white enclosure options, localized screen languages (English, Portuguese, etc.), and private labeling. Custom OCPP platform configurations and firmware adjustments are also available. Customized orders ranging from 30kW to 320kW can be manufactured within our standard 15–25 day lead time.

Standard production lead time is 7–9 days depending on the model and volume, with trial orders ready for dispatch in 7–10 days. Our Huizhou manufacturing facility features dedicated DC and AC assembly lines staffed by 83 technicians, capable of handling orders from single units to full container loads (FCL). We prioritize urgent commercial projects to ensure your deployment launches on schedule.

Our pricing includes approximately $400 worth of built-in value-added services per unit: custom branding and colors, screen language localization, an upgraded 2-year warranty, access to overseas spare parts warehouses and dispatched field engineers, protective wooden crate packaging, and a complimentary zero-commission OCPP management platform. Because our field failure rate is below 2%, your Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) is consistently lower than with cheaper alternatives. We also offer dynamic price-locking to protect against raw material cost fluctuations.

We support EXW, FOB, CIF, and full end-to-end DDP door-to-door delivery—complete with customs clearance and export documentation for hassle-free importing. For Brazil, our local São Paulo team manages customs clearance and last-mile delivery, supplying ANATEL-certified products. Accepted payment methods include T/T (wire transfer), Alibaba Trade Assurance, and Stripe integrated via our OCPP platform with wire transfer fees as low as 0.1%.

7. What warranty and after-sales support do you provide? Every charger is backed by a 2-year warranty, 10 years of complimentary remote technical support, and access to dispatched field engineers.

• Software: Our engineers run diagnostics directly via the OCPP platform and resolve issues through over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates.

• Hardware: We supply free replacement components (such as charging connectors/cables, display screens, and power modules) alongside step-by-step video installation guides. Products are also backed by product liability insurance.
